The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) Singapore Branch is pleased to announce that the Honourable Justice Quentin Loh has accepted the Branch’s invitation to be its Patron.
Justice Quentin Loh is a judge of the Supreme Court of Singapore and the Judge in Charge of the Singapore International Commercial Court (SICC).
A highly respected and distinguished arbitration practitioner before his elevation to the bench in 2009, Justice Quentin Loh has been an active supporter of the Branch. Justice Loh participated as a member of the panel in the first arbitration surgery workshops on Emergency Arbitrator relief organised by the Branch. His Honour was also one of the judges in the inaugural CIArb essay writing competition in 2014 and presented the prizes to the winners of the competition during the members’ mid-year evening.
The Branch would like to express its gratitude to Justice Loh for accepting the invitation to be the Branch’s Patron, and looks forward to his continued support for the Branch and its activities.
